In the Modern world Fitness plays a vital role .we all want to look good and for the matter of fact that only comes through being fit .
Now the question is how do we structure our workouts ? And what would be the right kind of workout and time ,so that we maintain the basic regime and a healthy lifestyle.
With the evolving world fitness offers various forms of work outs , such as muscle training , yoga , calisthenics , aerobics ,Pilates , spinning etc ..but still in our busy lives we all want to atleast catch up a walk or a session of cardio ..now the question is what would be the right time to do cardio .
Honestly there is no right time to do cardio ,you can do it any time , early in the morning or late in the evenings ..
The people who are fitness Freaks they plan their week and have specific day for cardio session ..
what is cardio ?
Cardio workout is any exercise that raises your heart rate. … This enables your cells to burn more fat during both exercise and inactivity. Calarge muscle movement over a sustained period of time keeping your heart rate to at least 50% of its maximum level.
Hiit workout for fat loss In basic understanding running ,jogging , sprinting etc . So whats the right time? keeping our busy lives in consideration one should focus on starting the day with a session or cardio i.e early in the morning and the people who go to the gym if you don’t have a specific day for cardio then its highly beneficial to do it immediately after your muscle training.
I personally recommend doing sprints …high intensity 100 mts run i.e 4 to 6 sets is highly effective for burning those extra calories, if you cannot a basic walk for half an hour would also keep u going and help you attain the basic fitness ..
So guys plan your day and fit in atleast a session of walk in your busy schedule and dont hold your self thinking whats the right time . Morning ir evening any time is good time . Stay fit stay happy
