ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Bachelor’s in marketing ,
business administration or communications or any
diploma / certificate from a recognized board.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Good proficiency in both English and Hindi ( written & verbal )
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Assisting with customer inquiries as well as maintaining
accurate record of the calls made and received .
Should be persuasive and able to work in a high pressure environment.
Able to liaise with appropriate departments to resolve customers concerns
EXPERIENCE :1- 3 years
