Requirements:
Supervisor/ Foreman job in Dubai
Diploma-qualified candidates are given preference.
3-5 years of proven experience in steel structure fabrication and installation.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage a team of construction and installation workers.
In-depth knowledge of steel structure fabrication and installation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong safety focus and adherence to safety regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the fabrication and installation of steel structures in accordance with project specifications and deadlines.
Manage and supervise a team of fabrication and installation workers, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
Coordinate with project engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve any issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety rules and procedures.
Carry out regular inspection of constructed and installed structures to maintain quality standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all construction and installation activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction or installation.
