Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications and safety regulations.
Collaborate with project engineers, architects and subcontractors to ensure project coordination and timely completion.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and identify potential hazards.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including daily reports, progress reports and technical drawings.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, contractors and government officials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in civil site supervision, preferably Dubai experience.
Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, methods and materials.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant construction software.
Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
